Have a problem with our products
We got you covered, for any defected product or unfinished product been received by you after our quality inspection.
- Got something that needs fixing? Please clean your item and start the mail-in process here. Dirty products will not be accepted.
- You can start your mail-in repair here. Once we receive your product, it takes us up to 4 weeks on average to repair it and send it back.
- Our goal is to repair everything we can, but each repair is different. Sometimes, well-worn garments turn out to be straightforward repairs. Conversely, repairs on newer items that have seen a lot of damage can be extensive and deemed unrepairable. We do our best to check each garment with accuracy and consistency before making a determination.
