We accept returns and exchanges on eligible unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, go to your Account Orders page, select the items you wish to return, and follow the instructions to generate a prepaid pickup or return label.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days following receipt and quality inspection at our warehouse.

Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, customized garments, and opened fragrance or intimate pieces cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Express delivery options are available at checkout with estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.
